The Colorado Department of Labor & Employment (CDLE) has issued its final wage and hour and overtime rules. Sadly, the rule is largely unchanged from the draft rules, putting overtime thresholds at 56 hours per week during peak season and 48 hours off-peak. CFVGA will be issuing a news release expressing disappointment and likely consequences and will share with members when it is complete.
