The auction will occur on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at 10:00 AM (MT) at the Burlington Community Center, 340 South 14th Street in Burlington, Colorado. The farm will be offered in 11 tracts ranging from 5.93 acres m/l to 629 acres m/l via the multi-parcel auction format where tracts can be purchased individually or in any combination.

Located in a Qualified Opportunity Zone (QOZ) as designated by the United States Congress, the property offers the opportunity for preferential tax treatment. In addition, with high voltage transmissions lines nearby, the farm offers potential buyers with a prime opportunity for wind and solar energy production.

A 10% earnest money payment will be required on the day of the auction for each tract’s winning bid. Closing is estimated to occur on or about December 10, 2021.
