CCAC Directors and Staff attend U.S. Grains Council Annual Board of Delegates Meeting

U.S. grain sector leaders met in Des Moines, Iowa and online this last week as part of the U.S. Grains Council’s (USGC’s) summer annual meeting, focused on better understanding the challenges affecting their industry, from sustainability to cybersecurity, and engaging with Council staff in many of the markets to which their exports are headed despite still being affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Nearly 300 in-person attendees and 100 virtual attendees joined the USGC for the organization’s 61st Annual Board of Delegates meeting. CCAC Executive Director Nicholas Colglazier, CCAC President Jeremy Fix and CCAC Treasurer Troy Schneider all attended the conference.

Schneider serves as the team lead for the Middle East / Africa / South Asia Advisory Team and had the opportunity at the meeting to give an update on what his team has been working on.
