CO Farm Bureau Alert: Colorado State Fair Board Vacancies – CD2 & CD4

The Colorado State Fair Authority Board of Commissioners has two openings and needs applicants from CD2 and CD4. The Colorado Department of Agriculture has reached out to encourage applicants to apply.

You’ve heard it here before, but getting farmers and ranchers to apply for these seats is incredibly important. Agriculture needs representatives who understand the industry and what it means to ensure it’s success in the future.

Please click the link below to apply and let CFB know if you have questions or would like more information. Appointments will be made by Nov. 1, so get those applications in ASAP.

Note: CD2 counties include: Boulder, Broomfield, Clear Creek, Eagle, Gilpin, Grand, Jefferson, Larimer, Summit, and Park.

CD4 counties include Baca, Bent, Cheyenne, Crowley, Elbert, Kiowa, Kit Carson, Larimer, Las Animas, Lincoln, Logan, Morgan, Otero, Phillips, Prowers, Sedgwick, Washington, Weld and Yuma counties, as well as portions of Adams and Arapahoe.

Not from CD2 or CD4, but still interested in applying for a commission? Click the link below to see agriculture-related openings or apply for redistricting committees, the groups that will help draw new congressional maps.
