Dick O’Brien Memorial Junior Herdsman Award

Each year state junior advisors nominate National Junior Limousin Show & Congress exhibitors for the O’Brien Award to recognize a superior job of caring for animals, interacting with others, meeting the public, and demonstrating maturity. First presented in 1996, the award honors the memory of Limousin enthusiast Dick O’Brien. This award is based upon the leadership that has been exhibited through their Limousin and other various activities.

This year’s recipient went above and beyond her duties. From planning the 2020 National Junior Limousin Show & Congress during all the COVID-19 restrictions to leading her fellow board members and juniors, no one is more deserving of this award.

Congratulations to Lindsey Gulotta, La., for all her hard work and dedication to the North American Limousin Junior Association this past year.
