The BARN – Briggsdale, CO – July 22, 2020 – The 2020 Dietary Guidelines for Americans Committee (DGAC) –  a group of the nation’s leading medical doctors and nutrition scientists –  has released its official scientific report and for the first time in the history of the United States’ recommendations on “what to eat for health,” these guidelines include specific recommendations for individuals from birth to two years old. More specifically, the DGAC now also highlights that the diets of pregnant women, infants and toddlers can be improved by including eggs.
