Message from CSU’s New Dean of Agricultural Sciences and Director of Agricultural Experiment Station Dr. James Pritchett
Dearest CSU alumni and supporters,
It’s an exciting time to be part of agriculture. We’re seeing a shift in the work we’re doing around research, education, and engagement.
The College of Agricultural Sciences and the Agricultural Experiment Station is embarking on a new chapter, as well. We are thrilled to announce that Dr. James Pritchett will serve as our dean of the College of Agricultural Sciences and director of the Agricultural Experiment Station.
Colorado State University is no stranger to Dean Pritchett, as he is a two-time graduate and faculty member of the college. He understands the leadership values needed to uphold the mission of a land-grant institution and will serve as a steward for your college moving forward.
In a video message recorded by Dean Pritchett especially for you, our alumni and donors, he highlights how we Come to the Table to mentor and develop students, be innovative in our research, and ensure the security, sustainability, and safety of our food supply.
Watch the message from the dean and read more about his stewardship on our website.
The dean sends his warmest regards and looks forward to the opportunity to engage with you to share ideas and advance the future of agriculture.
From your Ag Family,
The College of Agricultural Sciences
