The BARN – Briggsdale, CO – May 12, 2020 – On May 4th, agricultural data management company Medius Ag is announced the expansion of its software solutions to a broader range of commodities around the globe through the launch of its new platform, Medius.Re. Since its creation in 2015, the company has focused exclusively on potatoes, reflecting its roots. Joining the Colorado Ag News Network and FarmCast Radio on ZOOM is Ryan Krabill, Medius Ag’s New Director of Business Development



Although a newcomer to the Medius Ag team, Ryan has been active in agricultural policy since 2005 when he joined the U.S. Department of Agriculture under Secretary Mike Johanns. After USDA, he spent five years serving U.S. potato growers as Senior Director of Legislative and Regulatory Affairs at the National Potato Council. Since 2015, Ryan has managed national variety trials for the U.S. potato industry and served as the first Director of Research at Potatoes USA–the federal agricultural promotion group for the U.S. potato industry–through 2019.
