Colorado Farm Bureau Weighs in on Reg. 84

CFB has been a part of the Reg 84 rulemaking stakeholder groups for over a year now. In 2018 bills were passed to include the use of reclaimed water in the growing of edible crops and hemp.

The stakeholder meetings have come to a close and the process is now in the official rulemaking process. CFB has been approved for “party status” and will be submitting comments on the proposed rule changes as well as engaging as the proposal moves through the approval requirements.

For more information or to view the proposed rule changes, visit the CDPHE website.

Colorado Farm Bureau is the state’s largest grassroots organization with over 22,000 members across Colorado. CFB seeks to promote and protect the future of agriculture and rural values. Learn more and become a member online @ www.coloradofarmbureau.com
