The Colorado Agritourism Association’s 2019 Spring Conference in CO Springs Feb 28 – March 3 – REGISTER ASAP!

The CDGRA & CAA will be jointly hosting our 2019 “Sharing the Best of the West Convention” February 28-March 3, 2019 at the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs. We have a rock bottom rate of $179/night for those looking to stay at the Broadmoor! This is a great opportunity to bring staff members for a retreat or turn it into a family vacation.

Don’t forget to book your room at the Broadmoor by no later than February 7. Our room block closes then and our rock bottom rate will expire. Reference the “Best of the West” convention when booking to get our discounted room rate.

VENDORS

This year, we are hosting a 2 day trade show. Mark your calendars for March 1-2, 2019. We will offer one day exhibiting for vendors who prefer the single day. However, the cost will be the same for either one day or both. VENDOR SPACE IS LIMITED! We will host vendor tables in our general session room and adjoining hallway and are limited to 38 vendors based on space. Sign up now!

Here is a brief breakdown of vendor costs:
$350 Membership Fees ($250 CDGRA, $100 CAA)- membership in both associations for 1 year.

$ 69/Table or Equivalent Space

=$419.00 (assuming just one table/space)

** Parking fees may apply! $30/overnight

Optional items:

-$150/day meal plan (optional!) You can also opt for the full convention meal plan and save $$ if you plan to stay all 4 days. $350=8 meals.

-Electrical hook up (depends on voltage/cords needed). Form to secure electric is here.

-$179/night (+ tax/service charge) at the Broadmoor for those staying on site. ** Reference the convention “Best of the West 2019” to get the group rate.
