Congressional negotiators have reached a tentative deal on the Farm Bill pending final cost analysis by the Congressional Budget Office.Senator McConnell’s Hemp Farming Act language is included in the bill. This will be a game changer for the hemp industry.
All signs point to the bill passing BUT it is not a done deal yet. Please take action to urge Congress to pass the Farm Bill with hemp provisions included.
