David Milligan farms in Cass City, located in Michigan’s “thumb” with his wife Kris and son Mike raising Wheat, Corn, Soybeans, and Dry Edible Beans.
Milligan has been chairman of the Michigan Wheat Program since its inception. He once served on Michigan’s Dry Bean Commission and was chair of the American Dry Bean Board.
Milligan serves as a board member on the National Association of Wheat Growers. He also represents Michigan on NAWG’s Domestic and Trade Policy Committee, Budget Committee, Operations Committee, and Nominating Committee. In addition, Dave serves on the American Farm Bureau Federation’s Wheat Committee.
